La cons\u00e9quence pour beaucoup est une vie marqu\u00e9e par le handicap, l\u2019exclusion et m\u00eame parfois la syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 fonctionnels, incluant des h\u00f4pitaux, des cliniques, des prestataires m\u00e9dicaux, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9, il y a un manque critique de tous types de prestataires m\u00e9dicaux dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Du fait de la p\u00e9nurie de soins g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, les besoins en chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, comme les <strong>hernies<\/strong> ou les <strong>goitres<\/strong>, sont alarmants chez les populations d\u2019adultes et d\u2019enfants de cette
