h\u00f4pitaux partenaires et \u00e9galement dans d\u2019autres institutions m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cet objectif en t\u00eate, l\u2019organisation a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des programmes de formation pratiques et coh\u00e9rents qui transmettent et dispensent \u00e0 chaque participant des connaissances, des comp\u00e9tences, ainsi qu\u2019une attitude \u00e0 la fois professionnelle et de compassion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces formations comprennent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019observation structur\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>des cours<\/li>\n<li>le tutorat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les sessions d\u2019observation structur\u00e9e offrent aux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 locaux une exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 bord du navire-h\u00f4pital l\u2019Africa Mercy de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 et centr\u00e9e avant tout sur le patient, avec l\u2019espoir qu\u2019ils seront inspir\u00e9s par les normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es de soins observ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les cours enseignent des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques et une information sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des normes de soins et la pratique m\u00e9dicale personnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les cours de Mercy Ships associent \u00e0 la fois des conf\u00e9rences, des simulations et des ateliers, souvent en partenariat avec d\u2019autres organisations reconnues au niveau mondial.<\/p>\n<p>Les programmes de tutorat encouragent la relation interpersonnelle et la confiance entre le facilitateur du projet et le participant, menant \u00e0 un enseignement cibl\u00e9 et approfondi pour les personnes. Quand cela est possible, Mercy Ships combine \u00e0 la fois des cours et le tutorat pour diff\u00e9rents professionnels de la sant\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un h\u00f4pital particulier ou d\u2019une unit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique (par exemple, pour la chirurgie maxillo-faciale, l\u2019anesth\u00e9sie, le bloc op\u00e9ratoire ou les infirmi\u00e8res en salle), cr\u00e9ant un PUMP (Unit\u00e9 de Partenariat de Mentorat).<\/p>\n<p>Ces PUMP incitent \u00e0 un plus grand degr\u00e9 encore de travail en \u00e9quipe, de communication et d\u2019attention aux indicateurs de processus, qui
