itemprop=\"text\" ><h4>Que peut-on faire pour un enfant avec des pieds bots?<\/h4>\n<p>Les pieds bots sont bien trop souvent trait\u00e9s\u00a0chirurgicalement. Dans la plupart des cas, et\u00a0certainement avec des nouveau-n\u00e9s abord\u00e9s \u00e0 temps,\u00a0une op\u00e9ration est superflue. La m\u00e9thode d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e\u00a0par le dr. orthop\u00e9diste Ponseti m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un meilleur\u00a0r\u00e9sultat fonctionnel, est moins invasive et nettement\u00a0moins ch\u00e8re qu\u2019une op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>La technique consiste \u00e0\u00a0amener, par une manipulation prudente, les pieds dans\u00a0une position plus ad\u00e9quate et de figer cette correction\u00a0par un pl\u00e2tre. Au bout d\u2019une semaine le pl\u00e2tre est retir\u00e9\u00a0et la correction de la position des pieds est accentu\u00e9e,\u00a0\u00e0 nouveau fix\u00e9e par un pl\u00e2tre. Cela est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant\u00a06 \u00e0 8 semaines, p\u00e9riode \u00e0 la fin de laquelle les pieds ont\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pris la bonne position!
